• Account information — the email address you register with and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
• Google sign-in — when you connect a game account, you authenticate through Google. We receive a limited authorization that lets us establish a game session on your behalf, which we store encrypted. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Billing information — paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe does. We keep your plan, subscription status, and billing history.
• Usage and technical data — your IP address, browser/user-agent, and records of actions you take and tasks the service runs on your behalf, used for operating the service, security, and fraud prevention.
• Support communications — messages you send us through support tickets or email.

How we use your information

• To provide and operate the service, including running the automation you configure.
• To process subscriptions and prevent abuse and fraud.
• To provide customer support and send service messages (for example, email verification and billing notices).
• To secure the service and investigate misuse or violations of our Terms.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run KSAUTO, and only as needed:

• Google — authentication for connecting game accounts.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Brevo — sending transactional email.
• Our hosting provider and network proxies — used to operate and route the service.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the service.

Data storage and security

Sensitive data such as connection credentials and game session keys are encrypted at rest, access is restricted, and all traffic is served over HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, which removes your account and associated game connections. Some records (such as billing and security/audit logs) may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
