Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KSAUTO (“KSAUTO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at ksauto.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

KSAUTO is a subscription tool that automates routine in-game actions in the mobile game Kingshot on your behalf, according to the settings you configure. KSAUTO is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publisher of Kingshot or any other game.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be able to enter into a binding contract and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for your account, your configured settings, and keeping your login credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information and a valid email address.

3. Assumption of risk

Important. Automating a third-party game may violate that game’s own terms of service and can result in restrictions, suspension, or a permanent ban of your game account by the game’s publisher. You use KSAUTO entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for how you use the service and for any consequences to your game account. We do not guarantee that using the service is permitted by any game, nor that your game account will not be actioned.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service, its infrastructure, or other users’ accounts.
Resell, sublicense, or share your access except as expressly permitted.
Use the service to harm, harass, or infringe the rights of others.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Your subscription renews automatically for its billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time from the billing page or customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices and plans may change; changes apply to future billing periods.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Trials and complimentary access

Free trials or complimentary access may be offered, and may be changed or withdrawn, at our discretion.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KSAUTO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or game accounts, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk, abuse, or harm.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KSAUTO and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
